Tuscany Hills is a pet friendly community with a maximum of two pets per household. Pet rent is $35 monthly for pets 35 lbs and under or $55 monthly for pets 36-55 lbs. There is a 55 lb weight limit for pets allowed at the property. Additionally, Tuscany Hills requires a $400 pet security deposit. The following dog breeds are restricted: Akita, Presa Canario, Chow-Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Rottweiler, Husky, American Husky, Eskimo Husky, Greenland Husky, Malamute, Alaskan Malamute, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Italian Mastiff, Bull Mastiff, Bernese Mountain, Bernese Cattle, Pit Bull, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, Saint Bernard, Wolf Hybrid (any), Rhodesian Ridgeback, Karelian Bear Dog, Russo-European Laika, any Laika, guard dogs or any dog trained to attack.

Parking at Tuscany Hills is a breeze! Each unit is assigned one garage, either single or double. Each lease holder will receive a parking spot. Thus, if only a single car garage is available, then the other lease holder will receive a parking permit to park on the property. Additionally, residents may pay $40 monthly for an assigned carport spot. Open spots are avaiable for guest parking from 8am - 5pm. After hours parking is for residents only.
